Hemingway Development began the multi-million dollar redevelopment of 7000 Euclid in 2012. The building was a former Studebaker showroom and most recently a vacant warehouse. Building renovation also included brand new mechanicals, windows, elevator, roof, and upgrading the core and shell of the building to LEED Silver status. The building is home to office and medical users including the Kent State College of Podiatry Foot & Ankle Clinic and the Veteran’s Administration.
