The MidTown Tech Park Campus is a development of a collaboration of partners that ensure the success of the project. The Campus began with the largest private new construction between Downtown and University Circle in over 30 years. Through the help of public partners including the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Port Authority, and State of Ohio, the Campus has grown from a vision to a reality. Team players for the development included the entire Geis Companies team, from development, to design and construction to property management. Local community organizations like the Health Tech Corridor and MidTown Cleveland Inc. continue to support the campus and ensure the success of the region. Finally, our tenants of the MidTown Tech Park Campus have created the biggest impact on the campus through their business and innovations.
